Colleen's 27 years of her own personal inner work combined with her evolving career as a movement teacher, transformational coach and clothing designer has synthesized into her unique work/play as a modern day yogini (yoga devotee), apsara (sacred movement artist) and shaman (energy healer). She has discovered that integrating the sacred arts into her everyday life has infinite rewards. She offers new perceptions and expressions for how we dress, move and live.
